            “My name is Rick Bidwell. I’m the owner and operator of Tier One Building Services. My company is dedicated to quality work and customer satisfaction. I have 30 years of operation experience in the environmental service industry. I have worked in office and manufacturing, governmental, healthcare, school, food services, and entertainment club environments. The following 2 pages is a summary of my background. Please feel free to look it over. I believe when you’ve finished reading it, you will feel confident in my ability to service your facility needs.

            I started Tier One Building Services in the year 2000. During that year, I was purchasing the best equipment on the market, doing small, one-time jobs, subcontracting for cleaning companies, and working full-time for Broome County. I decided to leave my job in May of 2001 and put 110% of my time into my business. Since that time, my goals have been working to obtain a ceiling number of small business contracts for a full range of janitorial services.

            In 2005, Tier One Building Services successfully opened a division in the Syracuse area. We have become the company of choice of many. I have successfully integrated the ability to individualize on-site management and customer care for each of my accounts and at the same time, give my customers the stability of a major company.

            This 2017, Tier One Building Services remains focused on implementing a full range of environmental services for our customer base.
